Where are you in the planning?

Three levels of support

Full wedding planning

You want one partner from the first brief to the final farewell.

Supplier costs and event-specific production are scoped separately.

Wedding coordination

You have made the main decisions and need the people and timings aligned.

We take on
Final handover, supplier briefing, timeline integration and oversight on the day.
Scoped separately
Handover lead time, functions and staffing are confirmed in your proposal.

Creative direction

You need a clear creative concept before moving into execution.

We take on
A defined consultation and a direction you can take to your suppliers.
Scoped separately
Supplier management and execution sit outside this service.

The work

Look beyond the photograph

A project story shows what Etoile actually delivered: the brief, our role and the decisions behind the day. It is the clearest way to judge which level of support fits yours.

“Farah made the entire process seamless. She handled everything from planning to execution with care and creativity.”

A common question

Design or planning?

How does event design differ from full planning?

Design sets the creative and spatial direction: the space, the table, the light. Full planning includes that direction and the wider planning and delivery responsibilities agreed for your wedding.
